She has consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents in Austin and has received many recognitions, including the prestigious RECA Greg Bourgeois & Lewis Cook Rising Star Award in 2022. Recipients of this award have demonstrated leadership on an issue or project and served as a role model for other young professionals in the organization. Nicole’s expertise in the industry then led to being elected as a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin’s Leadership Development Council in 2017 and she currently serves on the Board of Directors. Since, she has been nominated yearly as one of Austin Business Journal’s Top Realtors and has been a regularly recognized member of the Platinum Top 50 of Austin, since 2021.
As an Austin native, Nicole has seen the city transform first-hand and uses this lifelong knowledge to provide her clients with true expertise when it comes to buying or selling. Nicole prioritizes open, honest communication to establish a level of trust with all clients. Aside from the transaction, she strives to have meaningful friendships with her clients for life.
Nicole currently lives in Southwest Austin where she and her husband are raising their two children and Labrador.
