Meet Nicole

Nicole Marburger is founder + owner of Legacy Real Estate Group and works alongside her team as a full time Broker Associate. Understanding the incredible opportunity she has to assist buyers, sellers, investors and developers with their real estate needs, she cannot imagine stepping outside of her full time role.

In addition to her many accolades, Nicole’s proven integrity, passion and hard work have led her to be a top influencer in the booming Austin real estate market. She has consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents in Austin and has received many recognitions, including the prestigious RECA Greg Bourgeois & Lewis Cook Rising Star Award in 2022. Recipients of this award have demonstrated leadership on an issue or project and served as a role model for other young professionals in the organization. Nicole’s expertise in the industry then led to being elected as a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin’s Leadership Development Council in 2017 and she currently serves on the Board of Directors. Since, she has been nominated yearly as one of Austin Business Journal’s Top Realtors and has been a multi-year Finalist and Winner of Austin’s prestigious, Platinum Top 50.

As an Austin native, Nicole has seen the city transform first-hand and uses this lifelong knowledge to provide her clients with true expertise when it comes to buying or selling. She knows that her success is not just due to this knowledge, rather the importance she places on building lifelong relationships with her clients. Nicole prioritizes open, honest communication to establish a level of trust with all clients. Aside from the transaction, she strives to have meaningful friendships with her clients for life.

Nicole currently lives in Southwest Austin where she and her husband are raising their three children and Labrador. When Nicole isn’t working, you can find her spending time enjoying her kids sports activities, entertaining family and friends at her home or out exploring new restaurants, parks and weekend events in Central Texas. Nicole is a dedicated member of her church and loves to give back through community volunteer efforts including RECA’s annual Christmas In October, the Ronald McDonald House of Central Texas, R.O.C.K in Georgetown and the Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas. She also is an avid supporter of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition and her alma mater, Texas State University.
